CONSULTANCY ON CIRCULARITY
The client is a’tract architecture.
The program is to build a hall for emergency services (fire brigade-police-EMS).
Originally being a concept with a focus on sustainability and low energy, BLIEBERG A.C.E. upgraded the design of “PLOT” with circular principles:
- hyper-flexibility in making long-span-structures and high minimum heights
- minimising the amount of materials
- implementing the “drager-inbouw”-principles (John Habraken)
- design for disassembly
- implementing “engineered wood”
Works completed in September 2019
