ARCHITECTS OF A CIRCULAR ECONOMY
We are a network of engineers, architects and researchers. We help clients in finding circular opportunities.
We do this in the design world and in the construction industry, but also in a broader range, from the
eco-product-design to urban planning and system design.
Our clients are building contractors, real estate developers, manufacturers, architectural offices,
government,…
We are not affiliated to any of them, but operate in a totally independent way.
Being in contact with all of these players, and building bridges between them, is one of our strengths.

WHAT IS A CIRCULAR ECONOMY?
The Ellen McArthur Foundation gives the answer: (https://www.ellenmacarthurfoundation.org)
“It is a framework for an economy that is restorative and regenerative by design.
Looking beyond the current take-make-waste extractive industrial model, a circular economy aims to redefine growth, focusing on positive society-wide benefits. It entails gradually decoupling economic activity from the consumption of finite resources, and designing waste out of the system.
Underpinned by a transition to renewable energy sources, the circular model builds economic, natural, and social capital.
It is based on three principles:
• design out waste and pollution
• keep products and materials in use
• regenerate natural systems”
