The CABRIO initiative helps local authorities to stimulate circular construction and renovation through their tenders. In the E-book of the CABRIO project we provide the necessary background information:

• Which circular opportunities present themselves in the tendering process?

• Which circular tools can be used for this?

• How do we promote circular construction via the selection and award criteria?

• Which innovative procurement methods can we use?

To ensure that circular criteria are included in the selection of the most suitable candidates for the contract, CABRIO offers three ready-to-use documents with selection criteria, depending on the tender formula; the same applies to the award of the contract, via three ready-made documents for the award criteria.
