An international retailer wanted a more circular approach for its future branches. The first step in the process was a detection of the ambitions; the ambition levels and KPIs were then determined in a co-creation process; An improvement process in the layout, the materialization, the detailing of the “template” plan used until then, led to optimization in various areas; The calculations of the various KPIs were made with different qualitative and quantitative tools. The results and advice were shared with the designers and engineers; the first circular branch will open in 2024
